How much is local delivery within Qatar?

Delivery fees within Qatar: Doha: 30 QAR Outside Doha: 40–50 QAR depending on the area Pick-up is not available. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 days.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or refunds. If you received the wrong item, please contact us via Instagram @perlen.qa or email perlenqa@gmail.com. Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in original condition and the issue is reported promptly. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason. Please carefully review product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

Each charm is handmade with care and includes a fragile glass bead that is extremely prone to breaking. Please handle your charm gently. Perlen is not responsible for breakage caused by mishandling.
